Life can bring unexpected emotions through various challenging situations, relationships, and circumstances. There is a heaviness that comes with feeling alone or that we might not fit into various boxes, roles, or norms. Dan is there to help deconstruct the box and help build one with you as both the celebrated architect and artist. His work is dedicated to respecting and honoring the whole person.
Dan uses eleven years of experience working with Children, Youth, Young Adults, and Families to center his therapeutic goals in radical poise, deep empathy, and enthusiastic cheerleading. If you're a child or an adult looking to connect with your innermost sacred self, you can expect that person to be celebrated in work together with Dan.
Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, he will work with you to navigate emotions and to work for the goals that you determine are most important.
